The
legendary name behind countless Japanese movies appears in BRII
in a flashback as Shinji Mimura's revolutionary uncle, who was alluded
to in the original movie. Rumors suggest he personally trains the
members of Wild Seven, but no confirmation of that yet.

prolific veteran actor, Americans may know him from his appearance
in the international hit Tampopo and the recent Godzilla,
Mothra, King Ghidora movie. Tsugawa will be playing the prime
minister of BR2's dystopic Japan.
